Hello! My name is Jenna, and I’m the creator behind The Nourished Blonde.
I’m a wife, full-time BSc student, blogger, vlogger, and I love to share topics in wellness. The Nourished Blonde blog breaks down all things health and wellness related, from nutrition talk to nourishing recipes, fitness inspiration, lifestyle habits, and everything in between. When I’m not studying, blogging, working, or creating content, you can find me spending time with my favourite people, making healthy recipes in the kitchen, checking out healthy food spots, breaking a sweat, or having the ultimate self-care day because those days are much needed!
I am passionate about the science of nutrition and love breaking a good sweat, however, I don’t believe we should be paralyzed by food and our bodies. We are all unique and complex individuals. A good state of “health” is not a one size fits all and needs to be tailored differently to each and every individual. What works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for the next person. I do believe when you take care of yourself from the inside out on all levels, mentally [information processing], emotionally [expression], nutritionally [nourishing your body], and physically [the condition of your body], you allow yourself to flourish into the best version of you. It doesn’t need to be complicated, and it’s not about perfection. It’s about taking simple approaches each and every day that add up and work best for YOU.
My ultimate mission is to provide a positive space you can come to, and to inspire you along your health and wellness journey through sharing my knowledge, personal experiences, and wellness-driven content.
