Hello! My name is Jenna, and I’m the blogger behind The Nourished Blonde. I created this blog as an outlet to share my excitement for living well in this everyday life, and to connect with a community of like-minded people.
I am passionate about the science of nutrition, and more importantly, the impact it has on overall health— body, mind, and soul. My passion has definitely encouraged my studies as I am currently completing a science major in food, nutrition, and health.
In between going to school, studying, working, and creating content, you can find me spending time with my loved ones, making healthy recipes in the kitchen, collaborating with awesome people in the wellness community, checking out healthy food spots, breaking a sweat, or having the ultimate self-care day because those days are much needed!
My ultimate mission is to create a positive space you can come to, and to inspire my readers to lead a healthy lifestyle through sharing simple and realistic wellness-driven content.
I believe that when you take care of yourself from the inside out, you allow yourself to flourish into the best version of you. It doesn’t need to be complicated, and it’s not about perfection. It’s about taking simple approaches each and every day that add up and work best for you.
