Hello! My name is Jenna, and I’m the blogger behind The Nourished Blonde.
I created this blog back in 2017 as an outlet to share my passion for living well in daily life. TNB covers all topics in wellness— from lifestyle habits to fitness inspiration, nutrition science, and everything in between.
I played sports from a young age, and I’ve always been an active individual. I quickly realized how much fitness and nutrition go hand in hand after my own struggles with trying to find my healthy balance. I became so inspired along my path to better health that it fuelled a passion inside me I never knew was there— to serve and help others find their best health, however that may look!
I live in the Vancouver, BC area and I’m a full-time BSc student, a wife, a blogger + vlogger, and am here to share this ride with you. In between studying, working, and creating content, you can find me spending time with my favourite people, making healthy recipes in the kitchen, checking out healthy food spots, breaking a sweat, or having the ultimate self-care day because those days are much needed!
I believe when you take care of yourself from the inside out, you allow yourself to flourish into the best version of you. It doesn’t need to be complicated, and it’s not about perfection. It’s about taking simple approaches each and every day that add up and work best for you.
My ultimate mission is to provide a positive wellness space you can come to, and to inspire you to find your own personal path to wellness through sharing my knowledge, personal experiences, and wellness-driven content.
